Installation of axle counter in Basurto-Ariz block
The project consists on the installation of axle counter devices between the advance signals of the stations at the Basurto-Ariz section, so that proximity circuits in the block shall be removed. A new block is set through an axle counter device of the ACS-2000 electronic type, resulting in an increasing of the safety, reliability and maintainability. This implies the upgrade of the interlockings of Basurto and Ariz, both with ENYSE technology.
The Project includes the following actions:
- Modification of the electronic interlocking EIS23 of ENYSE in Basurto-Hospital by inclusion of new device with axle counter
- Modification of the terminal operator of Basurto by inclusion of new device with axle counter
- Modification of the electrical interlock of ENYSE in Ariz by inclusion of new device with axle counter
- Modification of the Ariz control panel by inclusion of new device with axle counter
- Supply and installation of equipment for Signalling cabin of electronic interlocking with axle counter ACS-2000 in the Signalling cabins of Basurto-Hospital and Ariz and relation with the interlockings, including rack and associated cards
- Supply and installation of RSR-122 sensor at the height or the signal of advance of Basurto and Ariz, including sensor, junction box and the rail fixing clamp
- Supply and installation of communications devices between stations
- Disassembly, transfer and reassembly to a new location for a full post of output signal at Basurto-Hospital (S1 / 2B), 30 meters to the station
- Chanelling construction of 4 pipes between Basurto and Ariz, trenches and manholes
- Laying of cable between the two stations aswell as the cable to the pedals and the corresponding joints
- Application Engineering, Testing and Commissioning
- Supply and installation of 2 teams BAB-2 and MCS-es
